v1.1 updates:

 - Due to a bad memory, I had forgot to initialise
   the STe palette emulation buffers, so on the ST
   it was total blackness all along.
   
   Sorry I didn't notice it, I just had the possibility
   to test it with Falcon, Mega STe and STe machines.

 - Fileflags properly set for fastram useage.

Thanks to Grazey for pointing out there was a bug on
ST machines.


If the original version worked fine with your computer,
you will not notice any difference with this update.
The bug fixed was not 'fatal' in terms of crashing the
machine.
