Thanks and Greetings for Mag! Issue 2We've managed to throw together another issue but it's not all about me, no way. A number of people have been helpful in their own different ways. Here are their stories. Thanks to.. Felice has lent both moral and actual support. At least a few writings in here are his, so we get a different viewpoint from him. There have also been several demo parties that we've attended, including the one where we are releasing this second Mag! XiA, for his time and immensely valuable input into his interview. you were awesome to talk with. Your next Atari doings are awaited keenly. Talk Talk 3 perhaps, or something else? Doug Little for his input into the Atari Doom article and generally for being such a great bloke across the board. He may even finish some of the many projects on 68k Atari that he started a while back! Anima, for his assistance with inside information on his work. Get those X68000 ports finished mate. Grey for hosting yet another Sillyventure party. Many of the greatest moments of recent Atari demo history have come from these. I'm sure this year will bring us more. Evil albeit unintentionally. Firstly he's thanked for generally existing but specifically this time for the DHS video database, which was of great assistance in getting the majority of the screen grabs for the issue. I fondly remember the days of the Reservoir Ripper and getting screen grabs directly, but I have no wish to go back there! Whilst we're in that vein, I'd better mention Pouet.net for some of the visual material too. Greets to.. Havoc, condolences for your Dad. Time will heal this, trust me on that one.. Cyg, for entrusting me with his precious demo entry at the Revision Party. I would have liked it to be placed higher than it was, but never mind. More power to your coding elbow. The organising teams for Revision, Outline and Alt hospital parties. You're the mad cool dudes and dudettes that make this possible. Britelite, who re-stimulated the higher end Atari demo scene with his conversion of the Revision 2012 winner 'Kioea' to the Falcon 060. He say's there will be more. Bring it on! Beetle, who has quietly done his bit with the great 'Planet Hively' port over to the higher end Falcon. Zamuel, took on and *completed* a game project in mere weeks, not years. A review for Pacmania STE is inside the issue. Well done mate! Orion, has brilliantly supported Atari games and demos, including stuff for the Jaguar. I wonder what he's got next? Nature Brothers, finally, FINALLY got SuperVidel out of the door! I may get around to getting mine installed at some point, in which case, it's review time! Mikro, seemingly quiet, then let's rip with a brilliant reworking of mxPlay. Now we can play just about anything musical, apart from Impulse Tracker tunes, at least without a Falcon PowerPC G4! Thadoss, one of the great surprises from SillyVenture 2012. We were Kung-fu fighting. It was very exciting! The rest of you, as time and memory are getting short. Never give up, stay Atari! CiH - Oct 2013 for Mag!
