Our History


1986 - Croft Soft Software founded by Colin Polonowski, progammed only
       on Sinclair Spectrum computers                        

1990 - Upgraded to Atari computers, David Polonowski joined group. Released first piece of software (The Fuzzles)

1993 - Released numerous pieces of software including The Mansion

1994 - Joined by Kevin Wilcox (STFM Tester), released our first STOS game: Aerial Combat ST. Released Aerial Kombat II. Began working on Trader. Updated The Fuzzles.

1995 - Released our first STE & Licenceware game - Aerial Kombat III. Released Star Voyage and Trader. Began work on Mole Mayhem and Trader 2.

1996 - Released Trader 2, began work on Software House ST, launched CSHTML News Letter and Trek Talk News Letter, set up Atari Authors Association. Continued working on Mole Mayhem

1997 - Launched the Croft Soft Internet Publications web pages Shut down Atari Authors Association
