Fixed to actually work (because I'm sure that the original archive never worked
for anyone :)) and trainer added by GGN/D-Bug in 25 January 2015.

Some quick notes:

- Press space on the message screen to proceed to the intro.
- When the Skidz logo appears (at least I assume it's saying Skidz :)) press
  space to proceed to the main part
- Use cursor keys to select a song and return to hear it
- During song playback press space to go back to the selector 
  or return to exit to the end part
  (well I'm not 100% sure about this, I was mashing all keys till something
  happened ;))
- As I noticed that the code writes in a few, ahem, not so safe memory
  areas I would advise people to run it with a clean system (i.e. only
  hard disk driver loaded) and after demo exit to reset the machine
  just in case. At least that's what I did :).

by Lotek Style and sent to me for a bit of patchwork :).
