JingleFALCON - samplerate


JingleFALCON supports several samplerates.
The samplerate is the transfer frequency of the individual samples.
At 44.1 kHz the amount of samples per second is 44100.
To get a good quality the sample rate has to be two times
the frequency response of the soundsystem.

To transfer sound digitally you need a 'clock'. The frecuency of the

A sample is a digital recording. This is a file containing audio-data.
JingleFALCON plays only stereo samples.

To get samplerate 44 or 48 KHz you need a extarnal clock device.
There is a setting in hardware setup for selection of extern clock device
and type of clock device.
If you have an external clock device and get wrong speed
change the button for device selection.
