WHAT' THAT ?
------------

This little program is a viewer for Targa pictures (TC 24 bits and
8 bits). It works only on Falcon, and it uses the capacity of Blow UP!
So it is a great program for people who have Blow UP; but it too a
quite good program for others. Try it and see...


HOW CAN I USE IT ?
------------------

You can use VTGABLUP.PRG as an application for TGA files, or you can
launch it directly and chose the picture to view with the file selector.

Then you can uses the keys:
  arrows        to move simply the picture
  12346789      to move quickly the picture
  5             to center the picture
  -             to scale the picture to the screen
  space         to quit the viewer


POSTCARDWARE
------------

This program is postcardware. This mean that if you like it and use it
you can send me a postcard to support my work. If you want to send me
somthing else there is no problem!

You can copy freely this software, but please copy all the files!
